1.-Asthma
Yesterday I ran a lot and I had an asthma attack

Ayer corrí mucho y tuve un ataque de asma.

2.-Chickenpox
I was in bed for almost two weeks due to chicken pox
Estuve en cama por al menos dos semanas por varicela


3.-Heart attack
A woman had a heart attack in the street 
Una mujer tuvo un ataque al corazón en la calle


4.-Flu
I have a flu, I feel very sick

5.-Wound

A story: Julian in the hospital

Julian was climbing a tree, when it was about 3 or 4 meters he slipped and fell. After a while a secretary of the hospital called his friend Maria, saying that Julian had broken a leg, so she bought some balloons to encourage his recovery. Although his leg was broken Julian was still in good spirits, because the doctor told him that he would heal if he slept well and took ibuprofen for the pain, but 
he must take care of his body eating healthy and doing exercises.

Give Advice

a) A bad cold: You can drink a hot lemonade.


b) A headache: You can take an aspirin

c) A stomachache: You can take a water of herbs.

d) A fever: You can take a nap

e) A toothache: You can take an ibuprofen

f) A broken leg: You can go to the hospital and rest

1.-¿Acaso no saben que su cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo, quien está en ustedes y al que han recibido de parte de Dios? Ustedes no son sus propios dueños; fueron comprados por un precio. Por tanto, honren con su cuerpo a Dios. (1 Corintios 6:19-20 )

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you and whom you have received from God? You are not your own owners; were bought for a price. Therefore, honor your body with God. (1 Corinthians 6: 19-20)

2.-No seas sabio en tu propia opinión;

más bien, teme al Señor y huye del mal.

Esto infundirá salud a tu cuerpo

y fortalecerá tu ser. (Proverbios 3:7-8 )

Do not be wise in your own opinion;

rather, fear the Lord and flee from evil.

This will infuse health into your body

and strengthen your being.(Proverbs 3: 7-8)

Activity 3:

1.-Bebe agua: Drink water

2.-Has ejercicio: Do exercise

3.-Come frutas: Eat Fruit

4.-Come verduras: Eat vegetables

5.-Ve al doctor regularmente: Go to doctor regularly

6.-Deja de fumar: Stop smoking

7.-No tomes alcohol: Do not drink alcohol

8.-No consumas drogas:Do not use drugs

9.-Duerme bien: Sleep well

10.-Evite el estrés: Avoid stress
